Our Process
We treat deep surface cracks and splits by injecting high-grade, flexible woodworking adhesives deep into the grains and clamping the blade under tension.
We sand off the old scuff marks, oils, and minor surface dings, restoring the smooth, natural finish of the English Willow wood grains.
The clean blade is hand-buffed and wrapped in a premium, heavy-duty anti-scuff sheet for long-term protection.
