At Valence Asta Sports, every bat is handcrafted with care and shipped with equal attention. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order. For any queries, our team is always happy to help.
1 Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. Here's what to expect:

📦 Custom bat orders may require additional lead time depending on the specifications. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched with a tracking link.
2 International Shipping
We ship our handcrafted bats worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination country.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
- We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs forms as required by law.
⚠️ Valence Asta is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
3 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you haven't received a dispatch email within the processing window, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@valenceasta.com.
4 Returns & Replacements
Due to the handcrafted nature of our cricket bats, we only accept returns in the case of a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/video sent to hello@valenceasta.com.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The bat must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Bats that have been knocked-in, oiled, used in the nets, or played in a match are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom bats are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
⚠️ Natural willow characteristics such as grains, minor surface marks, or colour variation are not considered manufacturing defects and are not grounds for return.
5 Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary. Please allow a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
💳 If you paid via UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet, refunds will be credited to the same source account.
6 Damaged in Transit
If your bat arrives damaged due to transit, please:
- Do not discard the original packaging.
- Take clear photos/video of the damage and the outer packaging.
- Email us at hello@valenceasta.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
