While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for any typographical errors in product descriptions, specifications, or pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

3 Orders & Payments

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• The payment details provided are accurate and belong to you
• You authorise us to charge the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Valence Asta does not store your card or banking details on our servers.

4 Custom Bat Orders

Custom bat orders are built to your individual specifications and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

• You will be asked to confirm all specifications (weight, handle type, toe shape, etc.) before we begin crafting your bat.
• Any changes to specifications after confirmation may not be possible and could incur additional charges.
• Lead times for custom orders will be communicated at the time of order and are estimates, not guarantees.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Valence Asta logo, product names, photographs, design elements, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Valence Asta and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:
